The lobby seating is cramped, often making it hard to find a spot to eat!!! Also, the need to leave the capsule for cleaning from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm is bothersome!!!

Quiet capsule, comfortable amenities, with free drinks and large bathrooms adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay, and being only 41 km from the nearest airport made it incredibly convenient to explore the area.

All was wonderful.

The location provides easy access to Omiya station, and the stay pleasantly surprised me with all-you-can-eat dinner and breakfast options. The staff's friendliness enhanced my experience, as did the clean, spacious room which was designated for ladies, ensuring safety and comfort. I particularly enjoyed the instant noodles and soft serve available at no extra charge. However, the bathroom could have been better maintained, and the lack of additional space for personal belongings was inconvenient during my short stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The capsules were spacious and very clean, with extra amenities like free curry, soft serve ice cream, and drinks. I also loved the convenient location near Omiya Station and a variety of food options. If I had to nitpick, I think the communal eating area could use a bit more space for comfort.
